Gravity
Feed never really got this part of our beeswax off
the ground - well, not in the way we originally intended. Sure,
I could tell you a sad, pathetic tale of how a good friend should
never hire a good friend that's going through bad times to build
a turn-key computer system and maintain that system from 800 miles
away, et-cet... But I'll spare you my hard-learned-lessons and just
say the web and e-mail hosting thing didn't happen. We do offer
free e-mail accounts to all the artists who show in our gallery
and so far those free accounts have done nothing but give the Gravity
Feed a great reputation as a cool place for local artists to display
and sell their work. We also strongly encourage each of the artists
that show at the Gravity Feed to come in, hang out with us, and
try and find new and interesting ways to sell and exhibit their
work over the internet!

Our very first featured painter
at the Gravity Feed Gallery for the winter 2003/2004 show was local
(funky-like Berkeley) artist Bita Kavehzadeh. Her work is so beautiful
and expressive that it looks to be truly raw emotion on canvas.
I can't thank her enough for gracing the walls of the Gravity Feed
with her work. Just click on the Photo above to go to her web site!
