The Booms were the first of
the big projects that we took on after the completion of the deck project.
We did both Main and mizzen booms over three weekends in April of 2000
There was very little de-lamination (just what you see above) on either
boom.
Both Booms are made from vertical grain Sitka Spruce and are in great
working order.
